What is a rentable space?

One active bed when a hostel room is rented per bed, one active room when the whole room is rented together, or one active residential unit. Archived spaces and past tenants are not counted. Hostel and residential spaces in the same country are added together.

Priced by country and size

Your price depends on the country your properties are in and how many rentable spaces you run. Every paid plan includes the same platform; the plans differ only in how many spaces they cover. A portfolio in more than one country is set up with us directly.
